If your Pro Points Card is lost, stolen or damaged, a replacement card can purchased. Current membership fees and admin fees may apply.

To collect points online, you need to register for an account. Once you have registered, make sure you log into your account before completing a purchase. Your points will be automatically added to your account upon completed payment.
When you get to the till, hand your Pro Points Card to the team member serving you, along with the products you are purchasing. Your points will be instantly added to your card.
Unfortunately you will need to present your Pro Points card at the time of transaction to collect points. Points cannot be added to a previous transaction where a Pro Points card was not presented.
You can check your points balance in store by handing your Pro Points Card to the team member serving you. They will be able to check our system and tell you your points balance.
You can spend your points any time on almost anything in store. When you get to the till, simply hand over your Pro Points card and let the team member serving you know you would like to pay with points. The total price in points will then be deducted from your Pro Points balance.
Of course. When you return a product to our shop, please ensure you bring the Pro Points card which was used in the transaction so the points can be credited back onto the account. Our standard refund policy applies for the terms and conditions of a refund.
