How Do I Amend My Online Account Details
You can easily change your details by visiting Log into your account and select either 'Edit Account Details' or 'Edit/Add Account Address'

How Long Will Delivery Take?
The majority of our deliveries are sent with Royal Mail. We offer three kinds of delivery. Signed for First Class, Special Delivery before 9am and Special Delivery before 1pm. 

Royal Mail Signed for First Class - please allow 2/3 working days from the date of your dispatch email*.

Special Delivery 9am - next working day before 9am from the date of your dispatch email*.

Special Delivery 1pm - next working day before 1pm from the date of your dispatch email*.

A select few products require us to use a Courier serivce, City Couriers. Orders dispatched via City Couriers will arrive the next working day from the date of your dispatch email*, between 9am and 6pm.

*orders placed after 3:30pm will be dispatched the next working day.
How Much Does Delivery Cost?
Delivery charges vary depending on the type on delivery chosen and the weight of your oder. The minimum delivery charges for each type of delivery is shown below.

Signed for First Class - from £4.95

Special Delivery 9am - from £23.95

Special Delivery 1pm - from £7.95

City Courier - from £13.00

Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of delivery will be and you will have chance to cancel or change your order.
Do You Have A Shop I Can Visit?
Yes we do! We are based in Manchester and have a shop that is open to the public. Everything we sell online is available in the shop. Visiting our shop will give you the chance to try most products before purchasing them and get help and advice from our qualified make-up team. Our shop address is:-

If you visit our shop in Manchester, a member of our team will be happy to help you. All our team our qualified make-up artists with several years' industry experience.
How Do I Collect From In Store?
You will need to complete your order online and select 'Store Collection'. To do this follow the simple steps below:

  1. Log into your online account at
  2. Add an products to your shopping basket as normal
  3. At the checkout, select 'Store Collection' in the delivery preference
  4. Complete the secure online payment
  5. Print the confimation email
  6. Your products will be held at our store for collection at your convenience anytime during our opening hours*.
If you are unable to collect the order yourself, you will be responsible for the person who is collecting the order on your behalf or for arraning payment for delivery.

*Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm
  Thursday - 10am - 7pm
  Saturday and Sunday - Closed
How Do I Return A Product?
Products can only be returned within 7 days of purchase and only once a returns number has been obtained from the UKMUA Shop by calling 0161 236 5483 or

Some products are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons.

Products that have been worn, used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

I Live/Work Abroad - Can You Ship My Order Internationally?
Unfortunatly we do not offer online international shipping at this time. If you require shipping outside of the UK please call UKMUA on 0161 236 5483 and we will do our best to help you.

Do You Hire Make-Up Mirrors?
Yes! Please phone UKMUA on 0161 236 5483 to check availabilty and prices. All mirror hire is conducted from our store. 
Do You Offer Training Courses?
We do not offer any training courses at the moment. We do however offer occasional workshops and event days. We will announce on our website and social media when we have any workshops or event days coming up. Alternatively you can call us on 0161 236 5483 to check if we have any upcoming dates.
